MethylSeqLogo

MethylSeqLogo is a research project with Fei-Man Hsu, a researcher at UCLA and former PhD student of mine. We designed an extension of sequence logos to display the DNA methylation of a set of aligned binding sites of some transcription factor and how much those sites differ from background dimer frequency. Fei-Man has implemented the method and released that software.

MethylSeqLogo was presented by Fei-Man at GIW XXXI/ISCB Asia V
and subsequently published in BMC Bioinformatics:
